Rodney Morgan

Rodney Morgan

Rod Morgan is Executive Officer of IM Flash Technologies, LLC, responsible for co-leading the joint venture between Intel Corporation and Micron Technology, Inc. Since joining Micron in 1984, Mr. Morgan has held numerous leadership roles in manufacturing operations, including Fab Manager, Manufacturing Integration Manager, Key Equipment Group Director, and Site Director.

In addition to starting Micron’s highly efficient Mask Technology Center, Mr. Morgan played a critical role in the company’s conversion from 6” to 8” wafers in 1995 and the 300mm ramp at Micron’s facility in Manassas, Virginia. Mr. Morgan was also involved in the integration of manufacturing operations following Micron’s acquisition of Texas Instrument’s memory business in 1998.

Mr. Morgan holds patents in process and semiconductor equipment manufacturing technology. He has also served on various committees and panels for SEMI®.

Keyvan Esfarjani

Keyvan Esfarjani

Keyvan Esfarjani is Executive Officer of IM Flash Technologies, LLC, responsible for co-leading the joint venture between Intel Corporation and Micron Technology, Inc. Prior to joining IM Flash Technologies, he was a director in the Intel Technology Manufacturing Engineering organization.

Keyvan’s tenure with Intel began in 1996 where he has held leadership roles in engineering, manufacturing, and factory management. From 2006 to 2008, Keyvan was the plant manager for the Intel D2 factory in Santa Clara, California. In 2008 he took on the co-director role for the Intel California Technology and Manufacturing organization for the 45nm NOR Flash process development during which time he led a successful manufacturing transfer to Numonyx. He has experience with multiple factory startups as well as capital productivity improvements.

Keyvan received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an Executive Management degree from Stanford.
