Apply for a Job
When you find a job that interests you, click the "Apply" button on the page with the job description.
Log In
You will need to create a log-in username and password to apply with IM Flash. It is best to use an e-mail address as your username. If you don't have an e-mail address, you can register for a free account with Hotmail or Yahoo. Remember this information because you will need it to log in each time you apply for a job or update your profile with IM Flash.
Attach a Resume option
- Attach a file of your resume if you already have one created. It will automatically populate your personal information.
- Review what is populated into the Personal Information section and make any needed changes.
- Answer a few additional questions about your career objectives and select any criteria that you would like IM Flash to match you to when job opportunities are available.
Build Your Resume option
- Complete an online form that asks for your personal information, your education, and work history.
- Answer a few additional questions about your career objectives and select any criteria that you would like IM Flash to match you to when job opportunities are available.
Copy and Paste a Plain Text Resume option
- Complete an online form that asks for your personal information, your education, and work history.
- Answer a few additional questions about your career objectives and select any criteria that you would like IM Flash to match you to when job opportunities are available.
- Carefully copy and paste a plain text version of your resume by following the instructions for making your resume plain text compatible.
When You Return
When you return, you can access your profile by logging in with your username and password. You can view or update your profile information at any time. Simply click on "Update Your Profile" and log in as a returning user. Each time you apply for a new position, log in as a returning user and the application form will automatically incorporate existing information from your profile. You can view the details and answer questions about the job for which you are applying.
Complete the Pre-Screen Questionnaire
Completing the pre-screen questionnaire lets our recruiters match your skills and experience to the job you're applying for. Be sure to answer all questions to the best of your ability. It takes about five minutes to complete. It is to your advantage to complete the questionnaire because you're competing against other candidates who will complete it.
